AQUAPAR adopts on all its activities the best patterns of integrity and ethics, avoiding and opposing all forms of corruption.

The present Corruption Prevention Policy is applicable to AQUAPAR’s partners, directors, and employees, regardless of hierarchical level and function.

Failure to comply with the provisions of this Policy will result in severe punishments, including dismissal of the employee.

When participating in public biddings, understood as aiming the hiring by direct public administration or any company controlled by the Federal, State or Municipal Government, the following rules will be observed:

Relationship

The contacts with public employees relative to the contracts should be limited to the process formality;

Competition

Contacts with bidding’s competitors with the objective to limit, reduce or thwart the bidding are strictly prohibited; and

Confidentiality

The disclosure of the bidding proposal to anyone that is not a direct collaborator of AQUAPAR or commercial partner of the same competition is strictly prohibited.
